The Jasper Hotel

    Omega incorporated "The Jasper" which is a franchise hotel that is the entertainment in every Little City providing clients and customers luxury accommodations and cutting-edge technology for its members, spurring the local economy. Most Opportunity Zones are in the center of Inner Cities in downtown locations where traffic for those downtown areas has dwindled, leaving the local business owners scrabbling to figure out how to make their business profitable. The communities have been stripped of high paying jobs and are reliant on government handouts. However, with Omega's vision we incorporate the community into the REIT through there municipalities and provide reparations to their registered voters. A 10% equity ownership through stock ownership is provided, while the membership is a yearly small cost, but offset by quarterly dividends from the LC revenues within the city, thereby, providing investment and reward. The combined benefits of franchised businesses within the LC provides a circulating economy, focused on local citizens and their businesses in the surrounding communities.  

 

    The Jasper hotel will be duplicated in exact detail except for those in converted office buildings, whereas the area shall be used in the most proficient way, below are ideas. The LC is designed around an atom philosophy providing the necessary to draw of attention to the LC's locations, while involving the local citizens in its operation and construction. The hotel gives us a slew of options for interacting with the LC's circulating retirement solutions, professional, retail, medical, entertainment, and educational digital services, especially with the pool, workout facilities, Maglev Transit, and its new R & D, which is displayed in the lobby generating multiple revenue streams for the REIT. The hotel also provides a connecting and waiting area for the Maglev transit systems for all travelers, deliveries, cargo, and the distribution of LC's utilities.

    The Hotel is controlled by the franchise, as is the grocery and drug store, these retail applications to the LC, support the local communities by pricing the products at whole sale prices. Additionally, they support the vendors, the digital systems interactions with all of the members benefits. Furthermore, a workout facility and Olympic pool are open to members as benefits that are shared with its partners and business owners providing them health and entertainment benefits that most big companies do not have anymore. The LC's operations generate many additional revenues for the franchisee and benefits for the local community, providing a healthy and safe environment. 

 

    The hotel provides conference areas, business symposiums, entertainment venues, along with 3 restaurants, pool, and a workout facility. The idea is to get all of us in better shape, build a team, and become healthier, digitally transferring through email updates, time requirement, their achievements, and goals. While systematically and universally use "The Jasper" as a meeting place with assets for everyone associated as a member of the LC. Obviously, it supports higher earning for all vendors, and a core operational base for the connected business, as it attracts outside business and creates Data assets. We are able to offer packages to clients and customers no one else can, such as free rides home if they blow over 1.0 and discounts on rooms if they blow 1.5%, and 50% off everything if they blow 2.0%, while being entertained at any function, the bar, or restaurant on site.
