Data as an Asset

The LC uses its Artificial Intelligence system to interact with all vendors and member services. Using its data to create automated lead generation solutions to increase our business and networking possibilities. Initially, we will use outside vendors to run their systems, however just like Costco we will work a deal where the software will become our own and be run by our own workforce. Every LC increases the equity assets of the LC, and its members, expanding a digital networking system for exponential growth over the next 10 years.

While mergers and acquisitions remain an important avenue for strategic growth, it is not easy to bring two companies together. It’s particularly difficult to take over another company’s technology stack. This can pose a significant risk to successful integration. The concept of “lean greenfield” can make technology integration easier, but if instituted from the start their is no waste financially, and the systems can be duplicated in each LC's operational functions.

Breakthrough treatments have created new opportunities for pharma, office and retail companies but require intricate manufacturing, distribution, supply chain and quality control processes that are difficult to support, unless they are centralized in one system. The WI FI 6 platform for the LC along with is AI unit connected in series throughout the growth process allows for accountability.

Omega wants to revolutionize the Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry through a unique platform, creating a new ecosystem for the entire value supply chain. We want to reestablish the USA's fundamental successes through our team and the expansion of the LC's throughout the USA.

Omega wants transformation by establishing a central reporting and decision support team equipped with standard metric definitions, clearly defined owners, and a suite of self-service dashboards and analytics-powered forecasting models. Instead of being a downstream consumer of data (with attendant quality challenges), finance became an enterprise data leader.

Omega shall Establish end-to-end processes for ownership that can help finance connect the process and data dots across functions and identify key dependencies while planning out the journey of expansion. In addition, transformation may require a cultural and/or mindset shift. Talent, communication, and change management should be priorities from day one.
