Private Public Partnerships (PPP) are created through the Jasper III Corporation, government entities, and US companies to leverage the Little Cities franchises for the construction of the USA's 21st Century Infrastructure.

The Little City franchise will support a new Smart Grid Distribution Infrastructure (SGDI). It will also payback the federal loans for its development to the Federally funded Infrastructure Bank through Jasper III Corp's PPP. Refilling the funds diminished from Social Services for our seniors and citizens in need. The beauty of the process is that it will not cost the Government Entities any money or the investors but everyone makes money on the proven technologies, while providing the communities and US citizens with digital services and mass transportation that will make their lives better, the dollar stronger, and the USA competitive against cheap labor.
The Little City franchises uses many Nano technologies in its development to provide cutting edge ROI's on Green Energy production, Water Purification, and WI FI Telecommunications.
