The Little City is designed to help our communities, economically, socially, and during our transition into the 21st Century with our green and digital infrastructure delivery systems We do this by providing REPARATION for the citizens (the taxpayer) through a Private Public Partnership (PPP) with Omega (franchisor) and the city, which provides many benefits to the community. During the construction we pay local contractors union wages, also we 'provide a preference, pay, and educate the citizens for high paying jobs associated to the Little City's operations. Furthermore, we provide the citizens with stock ownership, dividends, discounted electricity, water, digital systems, WI FI, and transportation.
The City provides a wraparound insurance policy and low-cost bonds and/or grant funding during the development phases of the Little City's (LC's) mixed use development. Omega provides green and digital systems with preference for jobs to its shareholders (citizens) and systems for the local small businesses (members). During the Little City (LC) development we create high paying jobs through {hands on training, we also pay for the training and cover the cost for childcare during the educational process. This allows for the transition of the community into the 21st century, easing it, while replacing the old manufacturing jobs of the 20th century. The LC creates an umbrella or bubble around the city, protecting its citizens form inflation, strengthening the community through teamwork, and creating a strong local economy, while building the LC's real estate development while implementing a green digital commodities smart grid infrastructure distribution systems (SGIDS) that converts the old systems of the 20th Century into tomorrow's wealth and prosperity, by giving the people's network a voice an a ownership interest in the LC's real estate, operations, and its SGIDS commodities infrastructure.
The Jobs are provided on a scaled income basis, during a 4-year contract, after the participant can choose to stay or go with their college degree. Omega will provide stock for dollars missed, if they stay, they as a bonus for their time commitment and reimbursed for the pay they didn't receive with the LC's benefit package. Once the Little City is fully operational, Omega shall refinance the Little City's real estate through the federal government's infrastructure bank, paying back any bonds issued by the city. Registered voters of the city divide a 10% equity stake and are provided stock with dividends that can be transferred, sold, or passed on to family through inheritance, approximately $1000 dollars a year in dividends.
Our Story
Omega saw that Politicians, Unions, and typical Investors push the Citizens out of their homes when improving the neighborhood. Unfortunately, this is damaging to the local businesses and families who have been harmed by the Federal government’s global economy over the last 40 years. So instead of pushing our Citizens out of the city, we incorporate them as family, and reward them for their hard work and commitment to the community with ownership. The Little City brings many advantages to Citizens and provides multiple 21st Century services and products for them, while it supports the local businesses through bulk ordering as members and providing wholesale prices for the LC's products.
Hyperinflation is creating a socialistic atmosphere, damaging our education, our living standards, and the American Dream. Omega believes we must stand with the people, and by the people to create a new green digital smart grid infrastructure distribution system, built for the people. This Grass Roots agenda must be inserted in our cities to save our families, while providing 21st Century high paying jobs with opportunities for taxpayers ns, entrepreneurial, creative ideas, services, and products that support our local businesses and its citizens. We must take this crisis into our own hands and change the way things have been done for centuries across the world.
