Omega's vision converts the old buildings into a 21st Century beauty and connects the towers. Adding needed retail, grocery and drug stores, refacing the Ottawa towers and Phoenix Parking Structure on the South Side while providing access for patrons at The Jasper hotel.

Pontiac needs additional signage recognition for its downtown businesses leading needed customers here, while the LC and its Maglev Transit will work like a magnet bringing clients and customers from around the world.
Little City's Educational hands on Training Campus and childcare
Omega would acquire the southern properties to incorporate the IRS building in Pontiac for a R & D engineering building and add our Exemplar tool & die manufacturing site with a recreation area for the children making it our college campus.
The LC's Condo expansion into LOT 9 Phase II
Omega's expansion of 2 high rise buildings connects the Phoenix Center Plaza and Amphitheater incorporating 800 Condo's, multiple small businesses and a floating Skateboard arena
Maglev Connector
The Maglev transit distribution system shall be connected to the plaza, amphitheater, restaurants, and Hotel, providing access and interconnecting to other mass transit for the LC, condos and the citizens of Pontiac.
